​When we lived in Maine two years ago, I became super interested in finding alternatives to traditional tampons. Some studies have shown that typical tampons contain carcinogens and often tons of perfume. I don't (any my lady parts DEFINITELY don't) want any part of that. The vagina is a pretty great and super sensitive piece of equipment, and I like to keep it as harm-free as possible during my monthly menstruation.
